House mate wanted for quiet chilled house

New housemate wanted.

We are looking for a new housemate to join our chilled out quiet house share.

The property is a 5 minute walk from train/bus station in Mansfield.

The room is ensuite, quiet, partially furnished and has a bed and walk in wardrobe, however the only thing you would need to supply is your own double bed mattress.

All bills are included, along with superfast WiFi and we have a patio area as no smoking in the rooms but you can outside.

We are seeking someone who is mature, wants a chilled place and can clean up after themselves and is in stable employment.

We do socialize but we also like our own space.

Their is on street parking, but this is via council before moving in if needed.
