Spare room available in a clean, comfortable and well kept home. I'm looking for a respectful, tidy and reliable person who is easy going and considerate.

The house is a relaxed place to live, with shared use of the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. There’s also plenty of storage and parking available.

Ideally looking for someone who works full time and wants somewhere peaceful and comfortable to live rather than a party house.
