I have a large double bedroom coming available from 22nd November as the current tenant is moving out .A double room, with ensuite bathroom, close to Mansfield Town centre, the main bus station and the railway station.
The room is ensuite with an electric shower, toilet and sink. The room is fully furnished with double bed, bedside cabinet, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It has Virgin TV, including Sky movies and Sky Sports included. We have Wifi broadband at 120MB and Ethernet also. The house was completely refurbished about 3 years ago so is in reasonable condition.
The kitchen is a good size and has a dining table, washing machine and everything else you may need.
There is a A  £300 bond required which is to be paid upon signing of the agreement .
