Room to rent in modern clean home . inc bills wifi

Hi .double furnished room to rent, in a lovely modernized terrace house, I work from home in Design, I have two dogs. room rent includes all bills, and use of living room, kitchen and bathroom and shower room ,virgin Tv, and of course wifi, washing machine ect. Im in the middle of buying another property that im modernizing, I can not move in yet so im renting out a room here, this way i can carry semi living here wile I get the other place done wile still having somewhere nice to live., when the new place is complete you will have the choice to come to the new place and lodge or stay here and if you like take on the rent of this house or il put in another lodger with your help . Oh and im easy to get on with, you will feel quite at home.
