Excellent Lodgings

Hi there! To start with please ring me on my mobile if you do not hear from me within 24 hrs as sometimes My e mail replies aren't getting through!...................... ....Excellent furnished good sized bedroom with new king size bed and memory foam mattress. Plenty of drawers and very large 4 piece sliding wardrobe space. Own digital freeview tv included. loft space also available for storage if required. Use of private lounge with sky + installed and large tv/dvd player if required .All kitchen utilities available including dishwasher, cooker and hob (gas/electric) washing machine and dryer (separate),and integrated fridge. Use of large freezer in the conservatory.
Lovely shared bathroom with all amenities including a power shower cubicle, and bath with Jacuzzi style power settings. Condenser boiler for hot water immediately. House is centrally heated from (approx)October to March.
Very relaxed accommodation but please note. You really MUST be a dog lover as i have two. They are extremely well trained and loving dogs and i do not allow them up stairs or in your living areas. If you do not feel comfortable with dogs then PLEASE do not apply!
i have plenty of parking space both on the road and on my drive, including parking behind iron locked gates if you require.
The house is situated close to the town centre and Kings mill hospital and morrisons, Sainsbury supermarkets (all easy walking distance)and transport is frequent (bus and train).Good pub and food at the bottom of my road!
Please note....this room is only available for a minimum stay of 3 months onwards. One months rent up front and the deposit will not be returned if you vacate the room before the three months is up. Apologies for this but due to recent experience i have to stipulate this. ALSO. If u are a couple requiring the room there will be an extra charge of £50 per month. BIlls inc are council tax and house insurance.
