Pleasant garden and patio, off road parking, garage if needed.
Bedding and towels provided and laundered. Quiet home, one clean and tidy owner. Plenty of room to work and chill. Full use of kitchen - no student labels needed.
One timid cat, who is not allowed upstairs (although he has been known to achieve this).
I work mostly 9-5, sometimes at home in a separate study.
I am an early bird mostly, so would appreciate peace after 10pm.
I have had a Mon-Fri lodger for the last 10 months and it has worked well.
