Hi -I am a live-in landlord who has a fabulous, very large double room (with shower room, toilet & sink- not en suite but for your use).
This is not a HMO, this is a friendly, comfortable home.
I live in a very desirable area of Mansfield. I am looking for a fellow working professional who is clean, tidy & considerate towards other people. I am located in a modern, well cared for 3 storey house in Berry Hill Quarry with modern decor - its all contemporary styled & the atmosphere is harmonious as your fellow sharers are friendly & respectful. There is a lovely garden too. The area is great! - Nice & quiet, but you can easily walk into town (20 mins) or catch a bus & access bus/railway station, No.5 Bar/Bistro/cafe is handy for you to chill after work/weekends or catch up with friends, there's a nearby shop (3 mins walk), beauty salon & a takeaway. It is 10 mins by car to Kings Mill hospital or M1 motorway jct 27 & with easy access to Nottingham via the A60. There are a number of gyms & a choice of supermarkets within a short distance away. The room is fully furnished with double bed, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers bedside cabinet & freeview tv (there is also a two seater settee)
Everything is beautifully clean & tidy. The shared kitchen/dining room is equipped with everything you would need.
The rent includes all reasonable electricity/gas bills & council tax (except landline phone) & I have unlimited broadband.
