Hi! I have a room for rent in my house. Its a double room in a nice little house. The room is clean and very spacious and has a large wardrobe, shelving unit and double bed that could be used if needed or easily removed for own furniture. It has a large window looking out to the back of the property overlooking the garden.

the house itself is very nicely decorated and is located on a quite street off a main road with street parking. Downstairs there is a dining room with Computer desk, sitting room and kitchen. the bathroom is shared but it is very large.

I work a 9-5 job and I am not a smoker however I don't mind if people smoke but just not inside the property. I am a very friendly and tidy person to live with, I am just looking for someone to ease the financial strain of living alone and hopefully make a friend in the process :)
