Room to let

Hello my names Rob, i have a house in which i would like to rent a room out. The room already has a double bed and the basics. The house is in a friendly respectable neighbourhood.
It, s a nice house and theres never any trouble here.

The house has a spacious conservatory with pool table and an extended garage with some commercial gym inside. mainly cardio based.

I have 2 shower rooms because the 3rd bedroom had a bath put in for some reason there are 2 toilets one at the back of conservatory, one in upstairs shower room.

there is internet 2 fridges and freezer and a nice new washing machine. it, s virgin media tivo box.

Theres a tumble dryer in garage, there has been some decorating done in the last year.

I am clean try to wash things and put things away i like to have a laugh but am respectable and decent there is a nice range cooker as well.
I work full time as a heavy goods driver enjoy keeping fit Tennis various music and films. I spend some nights away at my partners.
House share would suit someone professional or in work short term or for 6 months i think i'll need a housemate during the next year.
