House share without some of the downsides

This house could work for someone who doesn't like the idea of living in a normal shared house.

The available room is the master bedroom. It comes fully furnished with lots of built in storage space.

The house has just been completely refurbished. It has a new kitchen dinner with plenty of seating space and a large living room with 75" TV.

The house is on a quiet and safe street in an excellent residential area. The transport links are good. The local gyms and supermarkets are within a 5 minute drive. It has off street parking and garage space for storage. There is also a large private garden.

I work in London during the week and come back on weekends so you would have the house mostly to yourself.
