Attractive two bedroomed house in Mapperley

I am looking for someone to rent my attractive and well-maintained two-bedroom house in Mapperley. I’m moving to London for a new job, and want a lodger to take on the house.

The property comes fully furnished and the price can be all inclusive of bills or separate. Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves, but in short, the lounge has two sofas, dining room, and a kitchen with plenty of work top space and a large storage cupboard. As I will be moving to a shared space in London, I’ll likely leave a lot of my cooking equipment (but this can be flexible).

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, the master has a king bed in and two full ceiling height wardrobes each with two rails in. The second room has a double bed and again two large wardrobes, one has shelving in and houses the boiler (which was replaced at the start of the year and is controlled from your phone so really economical) There is a contemporary, large bathroom with good storage. There is also a desk area on the landing.

Outside, there is a smart, maintenance-free garden, with plenty of space for entertaining which requires zero prep and I’ll be leaving all the garden furniture, BBQ etc.

Parking isn't an issue with plenty of space on the road outside the house.

I can include in the rent, the broadband with good speeds and no meg restrictions.

Town is an easy walk or bus-ride away (around a mile) down Woodborough Road (the house is directly off Woodborough). The area benefits from plenty of local amenities: there is a bus stop at the top of the road; a Sainsbury’s Local only two minutes’ walk away; Aldi is 5 minutes away; and the shops, restaurants and bars of Mapperley are only around 10 minutes walking distance - everything is close by!

The property will be available 15th April (however this can be flexible)
