The property is situated close to all amenities including shops restaurants etc and is on a busy bus route into the centre of Nottingham 10 minutes away. It's lovely quiet road in a conservation area .

The property benefits from off street parking , a large kitchen dining area and living room with a large wall mounted TV 2 separate bathrooms and 3 toilets .

The existing tenants are great, they really look after the place and are very helpful and sociable .

We are looking for someone like minded .Obviously the tenants privacy is very important but someone who is happy to join in with the social side would fit in perfectly .
