You can pick up the 61 bus into the city centre at the top of the road, which is a 3 minute walk or 10/15 minute drive. Suit professional working at Trent University / City Hospital or similar professional in need of a mid-week home from home. All the usual amenities are available, washing machine, dishwasher and includes a cleaner fortnightly. Linen and towels are provided. There is room for a car on drive. There is also space in the garage for a cycle if required. A £250 deposit secures the room and refunded with one month's notice. Price equates to £27.00 per night, assuming 18 nights over a month.
