I have a double bedroom for let very close to Nottingham city centre, 25 mins to walk or quick 5 min walk to bus stop on Woodborough road with regular buses to city centre.
the room is furnished and has a mattress, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a large mirror.
I am looking for someone who is quiet and tidy and who does not mind dogs. I have a jack Russel terrior who is a bit nervous but once he meets you he is fine!
No guests in the house please, and no overnight guests sorry.
If you are a student this might not be ideal for you as I don’t want somebody going out midweek partying, this house is better suited for professionals.
I am a teacher and work monday-friday and I am studying for a masters alongside on the weekend.
