Double and Single room to let

The house:
Three bed detached house with good size garden, recently refrubed throughout and very clean and tidy. Very quiet area within walking distance to Mapperley Top.

There is a garage which can be used for storage, on street parking, CCTV and an alarm.

There is a walk in shower in the shared bathroom a utility room separate to the kitchen and downstairs loo. Large living area and a good size dine in kitchen with all mod cons and plenty of storage space.
There is unlimited WI FI.

The room
Double bedroom; double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Door also locks

Me:
Single, working professional,, moved from London to Notts around five years ago for a ‘quieter, less stressful life’, and I seemed to have found it! I often work six days per week but when home am generally quiet – unless I have music playing 😊. I don’t often cook although I know I should, which means the cooker is like new! I am looking for someone to share the house with who is down to earth and a chilled out person.
