The home

It’s situated looking over Mapperley Park, It's beautiful. An amazing space to live. The road is a dead-end road, so no through traffic. And The neighbours are literally a little community. There's a double bedroom available (the last two photos) plenty of space with two windows and a lovely view. carpets throughout. House has been furnished by myself, the room itself has basic things. if you’d like better stuff in your room, you may have to purchase yourself.

I have everything already for eg plates, pots and pans etc. (apart from maybe your own pan, mugs etc if you want) new housemate will have their own fridge.

Unfortunately there isn’t much storage space in this house atall.

About me.

I work from home half the week, and out the house for the other half. I'm quite tidy and like to take it turns for a bigger clean on a weekend. I'm generally a hard worker and creative, so I enjoy this space being peaceful and calm. I cook every day and enjoy eating healthy (Peskitarian).. I do smoke, but I smoke out back on the terrace.

What I'm looking for.

I'm after someone with a similar lifestyle to me. Someone professional. Someone who is relaxed at home, someone who can do their own thing, but still socialise every now and then. Ideally someone domesticated and understands how running a house works. A big thing for me is avoiding living with housemates that gets smashed every night and brings drama/parties/craziness to the space. I enjoy peace now that my sesh days are done.. and I'd like to keep it that way. I do have friends over occasionally but rarely for dinner etc or a coffee.
