Double room in Mapperley Park.

Double room avaliable in a newly refurbished two bed flat in mapperley and only a 10 min walk to victoria centre. This can either be a short term let or long term for the right person, from 4-8 months. The flat is newly refurbished to a high standard and compromises of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedroms. The flat is a gated community and has beautiful kept gardens with easy access to the city centre, bus routes and all other city links.

The room (pictured) has a large wardrobe, double bed with storage draws, bed side table and mirror. You would have access to ultra fast wifi, a smart tv in the living room with all apps unlocked, intergrated appliances and communal gardens. I do have a grage if the flatmate would like to park in it or there is on street parking via the permit scheme (this is free).

I am looking for a 18-35 year old clean and friendly female housemate to live with. I am currently a student nurse and work in mental health. Someone with similar interests and age to me would be perfect. I enjoy having a drink at the end of the day and chilling out, having conversations, watching movies and enjoying time with friends. Someone that also likes that kind of thing would be ideal. Student or professional, i would just like someone that i can share my flat with who treats it like its their own.
