I have 1 double bedroom available to rent as part of a 4 bedroom house share in the NG3 Mapperley area.

Myself and 2 housemates are living here, we are all female, 29 years old. Two of us work full time and one works part time.

The house is fully furnished and as well as your own bedroom there are 2 substantial shared living rooms, a very large kitchen and downstairs shower room/toilet on the ground floor.
The first floor has a large bathroom and toilet plus a separate toilet so we are a three loo household!
To the rear is a very large, sheltered garden which can be a real suntrap.

The price is £119 per week, payable 4 weeks in advance, with one month's notice needed at end.

Bills are included in the price and payable four weekly and in advance. We do ask for four weeks payment as a deposit.
The house is no smoking, please, but you can always use the garden to smoke in if you wish.

Residents Only on street permit parking is available to the front of the property and you can apply for your own permit from the local council.

This is a fantastic and much sought-after location situated on the edge of Mapperley's shopping area with both independent shops and major supermarkets, cafes and wine bars and some great pubs just a five minute walk away.
Chemists, dentists, opticians and GP surgeries are all within a couple of minutes walk away and within a minute you can be at a bus stop to take you into the town centre or down into Arnold's bustling shopping area.

We have a couple of very people friendly dogs who sometimes come to visit so you will need to be a dog-friendly person.
