Doubleroom available in Mapperley beautiful house

Heyyy so I'm looking for a new housemate to rent my spare room, the house is situated in Mapperley in a quiet tucked away street 20 minute walk from the city centre with an Aldi and Sainsburys only a 2 minute walk away. You'll just be living with me and the house is a perfect size for 2 people

The room will come furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and drawers there's also shelving for extra space. All bills are included with fast speed broadband

Regarding the house there's a fully equipped kitchen with all the mod cons, a huge 4 seater table in the dining room. I have a big BBQ in the back garden along with a hammock. There's also an outhouse with a washing machine and a big freezer inside. Also next to the kitchen is a pantry where you can store all your food and essential bits. There's extra storage room in the attic too so if you need to bring bulkier items that's no problem as you're welcome to store them up there

A little about me I'm 32 years old and I love cooking, listening to music, doing a little yoga and also playing the piano(Don't worry its digital so I can use headphones ;) I've been vegetarian for 5 years now but I'm happy having someone who eats meat etc. That's no problem. I also like to practice spanish as much as possible so if you'
re Spanish then that's an added bonus

The room is available from June 3rd as that's when my current housemate will be moving out so feel free to get it touch and we can arrange a time for you to come visit the house whenever you like
