I am looking for a clean and tidy professional who would like to live in a quiet residential area near to the city centre.

We currently have a double room available in a 3 bedroom house in Mapperley, very near to Mapperley top. All the local shops and bars are 10 minutes walk. The bedrooms are newly decorated. You can travel to town in 10 minutes by bus from the top of the road.

There is a large kitchen diner and a large garden, also a separate lounge and parking available.

£510 per month for a single person
