I'm 29 male working and studying in Notts/Derby . Looking for a lodger for my spare double bedroom. House been recently redecorated, new carpets, toilet and bathroom are separated, share living room with big table where you can eat. We will share fridge if you cook. I’m easy going, if you clean after yourself and not making party everyday we should be fine.
