Double Room In 2bed House, 5min City Centre

I'm 30yr male working full time and studying in Notts. Looking for a professional lodger for my spare double bedroom. House been recently redecorated, new carpets, toilet and bathroom are separated, living room with big table where you can eat. We will share fridge if you cook. I’m easy going, if you clean after yourself and not making party everyday we should be fine.
Room comes with :
✅Flat TV 46' (fire stick, so you can watch Netflix )
✅ wordrobe
✅ double bed
✅ chest of drawers
✅ workout equipment if you want (dumbbells , barbells, kettlebell )
I can put a desk if you need one.
Looking for a male/female working full time (no remote work) which is clean and respect others. Free parking on the street, bills included.
5 min drive to the city or 10-15min walk, bus stop 2min away. St Ann's location.
