Female housemate wanted to share my home with

Hi I’m Emma,
I have lived in my house for a year with my cat Vinnie. I am a care worker which means I am out of the house allot. I have a spare double bedroom. There is a clothes rail and dressing table in the room however my new tenant would need to buy themselves a bed. I would prefer someone that can stay more than 3 months. My house is new and modern and I will upload some more pictures. I would elevate to FaceTime and have a chat to see how we get on. I would say I’m outgoing and bubbly and would love someone who likes to socialise sometimes and have game nights and dinner party’s hopefully :))
