Cosy double bedroom

Hi!

I have a double room available for rent in a quiet area, 8-10min by bus to the city centre and a direct link to Nottingham’s City Hospital. There is a Premier store 5 min away and Aldi 20min on foot.

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and responsible housemate, who would treat my home as their own and could take care of the house and plants when I’m away.

The bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe, double bed with storage and 2 bedside tables. The house consists of a kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, dining room, living room, downstairs toilet (WC) and a bathroom - all shared just with me.

All the bills are included in the rent, professionals and students welcome. Free, on-street parking available. References, deposit and photo ID will be required before moving in.

About me:
I’m in my mid 20s. I work from home so ideally I’m looking for someone who works out of the house during the day or have a hybrid role. I enjoy tango, watching films, volleyball and travelling. I’m someone who is up for an occasional chat and share a meal but always respectful of someone else’s space.
