Rent includes all utilities, Sky broadband and Sky TV

-Spacious room with extremely soft carpet
-Lots of light
-Private ensuite
-Underfloor heating
-Filtered shower head
-Everything you see in the video for the bedroom is included. Ottoman bed, Emma mattress, mirror, matching drawers etc

Deal breakers:
1. Noooooo outdoor shoes to be worn indoors. Don't bring the germs inside!
2. Noooo strong smelling fish.
3. There is a cleaner for the communal areas but you need to clean up after yourself when she's not here!
