Gorgeous newly refurbed house ideal for the city

Amazing friendly household, newly refurbed on a quiet residential Street with garden and plenty on street parking.

Couple of mins walk to Netherfield or Carlton train station or knight Street bus stop handy for buses and trains into nottingham or to Grantham. It’s a 10 minute drive into town or buses and trains run frequently.

Two large double bedrooms to let to share with myself -live in landlord. (35 year old professional gay female)

Both rooms are spacious furnished doubles .

Brand new big fully equipped kitchen with everything you need and brand new big bathroom with bath and shower.

High speed Internet. TV with Netflix, amazon prime, freeview in shared lounge.

There is a second lounge area with an upright piano if you are musical you are welcome to play it.

There’s a decent sized garden. The garden isn’t that special yet but I’m planning to make it nice and to get a hot tub too. 👍

It’s a couple of minutes walk to Netherfield high street with an assortment of local shops/pubs etc and a good co-op.

It’s a ten minute walk or couple of minutes drive to Victoria Retail Park where there is a big gym/pool (DW Sports Netherfield) a big Morrison’s, B and Q, B and M, TK Max, M and S foodhall etc

I tend to be out a lot evenings and weekends because I play rugby but I’m often happy to chat and be sociable when I’m home.

I’m laid back and easy going to live with- I just expect you to be clean and tidy in communal areas and keep the noise down after midnight.

It’s important that you are very comfortable around dogs and cats as I have 2 dogs and a kitten.

It’s also a gay friendly open minded household and I am gay so you must be comfortable with that.

Very close to Colwick Country Park which is beautiful for lake/woodland walks and Parkrun.

Mon-fri or full time let possible. Ideally a professional or a mature student. Housemate references will be required. It’s important I find the right people as I want a good happy atmosphere in the house.

I’ve lived here nearly a year now and it’s such a nice area to live in and a lovely house.
