We a landlords (couple) living part time abroad.
3 bed semi with the garden in the well established residential area of Netherfield available to move during April 2021, very short walking distance from the Victoria shopping center and train/buss stop to Nottingham. Short walking distance from local high street.

There are 2 double rooms available with one family bathroom to share.
References and deposit will be required.
Strictly no lodgers with any pets or children at any point at the property.
There is separate WC, modern new kitchen and speciose living room with french doors into the garden on the ground floor.

We have a 7 years old cat who will stay at the property while we live in it and will go with us when we leave, so if you are not a cat person or have cat allergy we are not for you.

Everything in the house will be brand new including furniture, bedding, kitchen, etc.
