Bright and spacious double room now available to rent in a lovely, large but homely Victorian terrace in Netherfield.

I'm a fun, sociable, professional female looking for a non-smoking male or female housemate aged 25-40.

The room available is a nicely-furnished double room 13ft x 10ft with double bed, built in wardrobe with ample storage space, chest of drawers, desk and chair. This bedroom overlooks my garden and is a haven of tranquility!

My house has central heating, double glazing and all mod cons.

Rent is £350 pcm inclusive of all bills, wifi, Virgin TV, etc.

My street is on a quiet cul de sac and it's a short hop and a skip to all the local amenities. Buses into the city centre are plentiful and the journey takes 15 minutes.

Ideally I would like to share with someone with a similar outlook to ensure a happy household! Whilst I'm not a complete neat freak, I do prefer my humble abode to be clean and tidy. Additionally, whilst I work and play hard, life at Chez Em is relaxed and centres on enjoying a glass of wine, reading and inviting friends over for dinner.
