Double room to rent - Sawley/Long Eaton

I have a lovely, bright double room available in my home in Sawley, ideal for someone looking for a short-term, comfortable place to stay.

I’m specifically looking for short-term lodgers for this room rather than another permanent housemate, so it would be perfect if you’re working in the area temporarily, between homes, relocating, visiting for work, or simply need somewhere for a few weeks or months.

• Large window with lots of natural light
• Beautifully furnished with a warm, homely feel
• Plenty of space to settle in and feel comfortable

The house
• Friendly, relaxed and welcoming home
• Cosy shared living area
• Large bathroom with an amazing big bath plus separate shower
• Clean and well looked after
• Currently undergoing a few renovations and improvements
• Located in Sawley with good access to Long Eaton and surrounding areas

I’m quite flexible on the length of stay, whether you need somewhere for a few weeks or a couple of months. There will also be breaks between bookings rather than the room being continuously occupied.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful and tidy and who will treat the house like a home while they’re here.
