Double room to rent in large house

I have a double room available in a large three bedroom house. The room itself has a king size bed with double wardrobe, chests of draws and bedside draws so plenty of storage. There is one bathroom shared with myself and two living rooms so plenty of space. If you prefer the room unfurnished that can be arranged.

You would have your own fridge and freezer, unlimited Superfast broadband, and all bills are included. Use of outbuilding if you need somewhere for a bike or extra storage. There is a large garden and lots of off road parking.

I work shifts but never nights and have a dog called Molly. I like all the usual things and am clean tidy and respectful of others. I need my house mate to share the same qualities and also be a dog lover. My midweek party days are over but I do enjoy a few bevvies and BBQ at weekends and am looking for a housemate rather than a lodger.

The house is on a quiet street only a ten minute walk into the town centre.
