The rent is £130 a week for two people and the room is part furnished with a double bed and mattress, a side table and built in wardrobe. The house is monitored by Smartmove every two weeks, and we are on hand 24 hours a day if there are any serious issues. The communal areas in the house house are also cleaned once a week by professional cleaners.
