You're more than welcome to have friends over for socialising, should you wish.
I have a large TV in both the Kitchen and Living Room, both with Virgin TV.
Full access to shared kitchen, washer & dryer, 2 freezers and a large fridge and plenty of cupboard space.
Rent is inclusive of all bills.
Single occupancy = £450 per calendar month.
(Couples are welcome and the rent would be £600 per calendar month)
