Lovely double room available in Newark

The room has been newly decorated and comes with a double bed, wardrobes and dressing table (can remove pieces of your wish to have more space).

The house is on a quiet residential street with a 10 minute walk to Newark town centre and 15/20 minute walk to either Newark Castle or Newark Northgate. There is one bathroom, a living room, dining room, kitchen and utility room. I have a small garden with a shed which you would be welcome to store a bike in if required.

I have lived in the house for around a year and have done some decorating to make the house a cozy home. I have a cat who is a Siberian cat so is hypoallergenic.
