3 bed house opposite north gate train station

2 double rooms and 1 single room bedroom with small courtyard garden , top double room to rent on own floor only double bed and mattress inc in room , fully furnished downstairs , with a big double door fridge , 1 year old dog at the property so will have to like animals ! Shared bathroom , only looking for a female resident , I work quite often as a carer so not in alot of the time , I’m a sociable person and like to keep the house clean , perfect location opposite the train station and a 15 minute walk into town ! Will agree to viewings when possible if I think fit before making choices .top bedroom which is available to rent doesn’t have any photos as of yet but will be happy to send some over message as just clearing all my stuff out as was used as a spare room /dressing room any enquires please message and not call as I work often many thanks molly
