I am looking for a new lodger who has the largest bedroom in the house. My house is in a quiet street off Elm Avenue, easy access to YMCA/ Leisure centre, Balderton Lake and 20 minutes to town centre and train stations.
Parking is outside on the street and a garage is available for bicycle storage.
I expect to share all the house facilities including the bathroom and downstairs WC. The garden is south facing and it is nice to spend time chilling after a busy day at work.
All bills are included. I do have a pet house rabbit Wilbur that is free roaming.
I am reasonably tidy.
I will consider short term let's or Mon-Fri also.
