Double bedroom and whole house on the river!

Double bedroom available in a beautiful 3 bedroom house for 5 nights a week - Sun to Thursday inclusive.

You will have use of the whole house, with the obvious exception of my room and my Son's room who visits at the weekends.

It is AVAILABLE FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON TO FRIDAY AFTERNOON, as I work away during the week. So effectively, you would need to be away from the property FRIDAY NIGHT TO SUNDAY AFTERNOON.
This is because I have my Son staying with me at the weekends.

Please note, that you are more than welcome to leave your belongings during the weekend in your room.

This would suit a professional working away from home during the week (like me), a postgrad student, someone who likes to stay with friends / family at the weekends or who works away at weekends.

The house comprises of -
* Spacious double room with en-suite (includes shower)
* Access to large shower room.
* Fully working kitchen including range cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, large Ninja air fryer, dishwasher etc.
* Good sized living room with large reclining corner sofa, 70inch TV and firestick.
* Lovely outdoor decking area with lots of seating plus relaxing river frontage for relaxing, paddleboarding, canoeing & fishing.
* There's also a weight bench and weights should you wish to use them.
* Downstairs toilet.
* Off road parking (Driveway).
