Furnished Master Bedroom with offstreet parking

This recently renovated 3 bedroom fully furnished Property is my second home for which I will stay on average a few days a month to do maintenance/ gardening/ and as a stop-over if I’m travelling North. My primary property is 2 hours drive due south of Newark. This means majority of the time you will just be sharing with one other lodger for a room I’ve also posted an advert on this platform.

Room has double bed with one set of bedding and towels. Has a desk and chair for home working/ admin/ study. Has a 24 inch TV. House has fibre broadband.

There is the option to have sole use of the offstreet parking at the rear of the property, or arrange a low cost onstreet (front of property) residents only parking permit from the council. I will leave my parking permit in the property when I’m not there for visitors and trades people.
