Sunny Double Room in lovely 4 bed detached

Sunny Double Bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, drawers etc. Sole use of the bathroom next door.

The house is spacious with 2 lounges and a dining room/study, unlimited fibre optic Wi-fi and garden with patio. We are is on the 'greener' side of Fernwood, so great for jogging, walks etc.

The house is tidy & clean but we're not OCD! We are a young house and someone easy-going with a good sense of humour would be great. We have a mad rescue beagle but he is mainly outside in the day but comes in the evenings.
