This space is like a bedsit with the added bonus of being able to share the communal lounge and kitchen of the main flat above (shared by four others). This space has its own door into the garden (meaning you can be totally self contained if required). If you are feeling social then there is a door into the main flat.

The space has its own kitchenette (sink/microwave/hob/kettle/toa ster /mini fridge freezer/small food prep area/oven), shower, toilet, breakfast bar, table in bedroom, smart TV with Netflix account signed in, lots of storage space in cupboards/shelves. USB sockets. There is a fire door between the kitchenette/WC and shower. There are washing machines and dryers in the shed outside.

There is a single bed which Previous tenants have used as a sofa/day bed (with drawers underneath). Please note that the double bed is accessible via a ladder as the mattress is raised up. You can always sleep on the single bed and use the double bed space above for storage. This space is a bit Marmite - you’ll either love it or you’ll hate it.

I’ve made the space pet friendly and installed easy to clean commercial grade flooring. The pets have to stay in the room and can’t go into the rest of the flat.

This is ideal for an individual who wants independence or a self contained crash pad. It would especially suit first time home leavers/shift workers or students that don’t want a conventional house share.

We are looking for a considerate and conscientious tenant that is respectful, clean and quiet. The residents upstairs are all working professionals and just want a quiet life and nice home environment.

There is a workshop in the garden and I’m happy for residents to have use of some of the space (by arrangement). Great for storing bikes.

I am a responsible landlord and the space has been approved by the local authority! Fire doors are installed throughout the flat and the space benefits from its own smoke detector.

Smokers are welcome but there is strictly no smoking inside!
