Good-sized double room with sitting area, single occupancy only, in a characterful Victorian townhouse close to the centre of Newark (London Rd area). There is free on-street parking and unlimited wifi connection included.

It contains a double bed, bedside table with lamp, comfortable reading/TV chair, large chest of drawers, shelving, desk/dressing table, small nest of tables, hanging rail, small flat-screen TV, and has a large bay window. It's very light and bright and is on the ground floor just inside the front door.

There is a shared bathroom with overbath shower that has great water pressure, plus use of kitchen, ample food storage space, shared use of our second small living room/snug with woodburning stove, use of our lovely large garden, and bicycle storage should you need it. Also free unlimited WiFi with good strong signal. All bills included.

NON-SMOKERS ONLY, please, and you must be an animal lover - we have two young cats in the house, plus a visiting one from next door.

The room would suit a quiet, clean, and considerate person who is also friendly and easy-going. This is not just a commercial transaction for us - it's important to find someone who's a good fit and who will enjoy sharing a space with us.
