Double Room, bills included, parking & garden

I have a double bedroom to rent out which comes complete with bed, wardrobes and drawer units. All other areas are shared. There isn’t an en-suite but the bathroom is separate to the toilet. large living room and shared large kitchen. There is off street parking and a very large rear garden. I am a friendly, tidy landlord who lives in. I do have two cats, but will consider other pets including dogs, pending introductions. I’m looking for an equally tidy and respectful individual.
