Available furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside draws and a large storage cubby. The bathroom is shared with myself and has electric shower over bath. You have use of kitchen, dining and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, fast broadband and large enclosed garden and off road parking. You have your own fridge and have freezer space. I have a dog so important you are animal friendly! Pretty chilled house, however I enjoy the odd BBQ and drink. If you're tidy and house trained I'd be pleased to hear from you. Room is available from 2nd Jan (poss before) and available to be viewed now. I work from home, so not suitable for people working nights sorry. Thanks for looking.
