~ Newark is located less than 30 minute drive away from Lincoln, Mansfield, Nottingham & Grantham - ideal for commuting to work!

~ a double bed & NEW mattress,
~ a desk & chair (can be removed),
~ a 2 seater sofa,
~ a chest of drawers,
~ bedside table,
~ TV & games consoles (can be removed).
~ All photos/canvases & teddies (🙈) can be removed.

~ Car parking space available.
~ Medium sized garden - shed space available.
~ WiFi available.
~ Must like animals - I have a chocolate labrador & a ginger cat.

Person must be clean, respectful, working & be able to supply 2 character references & a small deposit.

all bills included.
Minimum 3 months stay.
