Colourful Double (attic) Room in cosy cottage

Hello,

The available room is in Newark town centre, on a quiet cobbled street, near the big parish church and market square.

This cottage is on the market so the time frame availability of the room is unknown, however...... you will get at least 8 weeks notice to find a new room if it sells, so this may still suit you.

I have a lovely, colourful, double attic room available at the moment. I come and go because some of the time I work away from home on projects. I will consider couples (£200 weekly).

The small shower room is shared.
Power and water included. Log burner in the winter.
Fixed fibre broadband is not available - I use a mi-fi and previous guests have rented similar.

Storage is limited beyond the space available in your room although you do have special shelf and cupboard spaces just for you in the kitchen and shower room.

There is no official parking but I have a car myself so can tell you where all the free unrestricted parking places are nearby ! There's usually temporary over night parking space though very near the cottage in a private car park, week day evenings after 5.45pm until about 8.15 am and all weekend it's available.

This is a quiet home despite being in the town centre. It is, however, sometimes noisy at the weekends but rarely for very long. The noise comes and goes.
