Very clean smoke free home.
On street parking that is not permit.
Large communal kitchen/dining/living.
This is currently my home but I am moving out and then in with my partner in January. I currently have one lodger but intend to rent the other two rooms out for a minimum of 6 months before I look to sell this property thereafter. Lodger is a very respectful 30 year old professional male. I need tenants who will keep tidy and understand there may need to be viewings towards the end of the 6 months when the property is marketed for sale. If start Jan 2024 can guarantee 6 months but after that it depends on when property sold.
Very nice private Garden and patio and garage for storage.
Would consider pets on case by case basis but would likely mean higher deposit.
Council tax band is C but this cost is included as is gas electric water and wifi.
Deposit will be held by independent company.
