Double room in quiet house close to town

Hi there, my name is Kirsty and I have a spare room to rent.
I have had lodgers for the last 8yrs so I'm used to this arrangement.
I work from home mon-fri, enjoy the outdoors, gardening and crafting.
I have a 13yr old cocker spaniel who is very friendly and will do anything for a treat.
I'm looking for someone with a similar outlook to living. Clean and tidy, respectful of others and reliable. Obvs need to be dog friendly.
The room has a double bed, large wardrobe, bedside table and large storage cubby. You have your own fridge and 2 large draws in the freezer. The bathroom, kitchen and dining room are shared spaces. Kitchen fully equipped with dishes and pots and pans and you have a cupboard for your food.
There is a large enclosed garden and off road parking. The house is a 15/20 min walk into Newark town centre and based on a quiet street.
The room is not suitable for couples or night shift workers sorry.

The pic of the bedroom is added for size but the room will be redecorated to all neutral once the current lodger moves out and bed changed.
Room will be ready for the 1st March (potentially before). The current tenant has been here 3yrs so room needs a refresh before new person moves in.
