Large newly built 3 doubled bedroomed home in Fernwood. With Great links with A1 (2 minutes by car) with both Nottingham & Lincoln 20 minutes away.

Inclusive of all bills i. e. utilities, council tax. Room has a double bed, and a seperate bathroom which includes a seperate Bath only and a toilet. There is a shared shower available for use although I intend to add a shower to the bathroom within a couple of weeks of flatmate moving in.
