Lovely room to rent in character property

We have to rent, a small double bedroom In a lovely light and airy house in a quiet part of Newark. The property is an old school building and boasts 15ft windows in the lounge. Open plan lounge/diner with a part partitioned, fully equipped kitchen which has everything you need. Small manageable garden that is great for bbqs and is a real Suntrap in summer. 15 minute walk into town!

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, one occupied by myself and t the other by a friend who will be leaving in June and another lodger (female) will be moving in. There is a lovely bathroom with a bath and my room has an ensuite with a shower that can be accessed by everyone.

I have a dog called Brian who loves being around people, so if dogs aren't your thing, this is probably not the place for you.

I am very easy going, I am not a clean freak but due to the open plan nature of downstairs, I just ask we keep it tidy and clean when required. As long as we all do out bit loading the dishwasher :)

The room is currently a study so is unfurnished but is lovely with exposed brickwork and a skylight that makes it amazingly light and airy. None of the bedrooms are directly attached so you will feel like you have space.
