The room is £145 per week All bills are inclusive in the rent, with nothing else to pay on top. We don't charge any admin fees or tenant referencing fees.

Laundry facilities include washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

We have fibre broadband for free as well as a cleaner every week.
