Peaceful village home near train station + M1

I am looking to share my beautiful space with one well-matched housemate.
There is a choice of two bedrooms depending on your preference and budget. Both are doubles, one large and bright with windows at each end. The other is smaller and north-facing but cosy.
We'll share a bathroom with shower, sink and loo, and there's a downstairs loo too.
There's a kitchen/diner with a washing machine/dishwasher/cooker/hob etc
The lounge has super comfy sofas and a wood burner. Also a projector for watching films etc. There is no TV.
Up a ladder is a dedicated yoga/meditation loft.
The south-facing back garden has lovely places to sit - patio, under the apple tree, by the stream as well as fruit and veg growing.
A little friendly cat lives here too.
This is a generally quiet and peaceful home, except when my singing group are here :-) once a month, when Art Club takes over the kitchen table some Saturday mornings, or when I am hosting the odd get-together. Visitors usually comment on how warm welcoming and vibrant it is too.
There's a train station 7 minutes walk and buses to Nottingham and Mansfield at the top of the road. The M1 is 5 minutes drive one way and the tram is 5 minutes the other.
