Single Furnished Bedroom

I have a fully furnished single bedroom to rent in my 4-bed detached home. There is also your own small sitting room (large sofa, table and chair). You will also have use of my lovely dinning room, as well as the kitchen, bathroom, d/s loo and garden.

I am looking for another lodger who enjoys where they live, but respects their surroundings. There is parking for 3 cars and room for a push-bike in the garage too. I have a nice size garden which is a sun trap consisting of a lawn and patio area where I have a small table and chairs set.

The property is in a perfect location for Newark, less than 10-minutes drive away and the A1 within close proximity. The village has a hairdressers, a popular local pub by the river and a great Indian Restaurant.
